[DML] Re: Injector opening pressure



Get out your Workshop Manual and open to D:02:01. Right hand side of
the page #6. Opening Pressure 3.5-4.1 Bar. The most important thing is
that they should all (6) be close in value so the motor will run
smoothly. The closer they are the better. If you have access to the
correct tester then you can also try cleaning the injectors too. Only
use Mineral Spirits, NOT GASOLINE! That will help get them to all be
more "equal". If the injector seals are hard they will not seal well
and create a huge vacuum leak. Consider replacing the seals if they
are not soft and pliable.
