[DML] Re: Radiator overflow



A couple of things could cause it:
Too much coolant, The header bottle should not be more than 1/2 full cold.
Bad pressure cap. Test to 15 psi
Motor overheating. Make sure the fans turn on when the temp gauge gets
above the mark above 100. See that both fans run, the fans are not
loose on the shafts, and they are both turning it the right direction,
ie, pulling the air from front to back.
Nothing is blocking the air intake to the radiator. No license plate,
leaves, plastic bags, etc.
