[DML] Re: Door Lock Jammed - can't open

I would try jiggling the key and lubricating the lock. The key and/or
the lock may be worn so it is just the cylinder that won't turn, not
the linkage. If possible, try a different key. Make sure the door is
closed all the way. It is possible one of the latches is not in the
second locking position and the door should not have been able to lock
but being out-of-adjustment now it is locked but will not unlock.
Worst case you will have to remove the interior trim and try to unlock
both latches by pulling directly on the linkage.
