[DML] Oil pressure problem

Hello All,

This is my first posting to the group, I have a October 81 Delorean
vin #5265 purchased from DMC Houston, I have owned it since 1997 and
have very little problems of any kind with it over the years.

Last week, I had a few items on the car replaced with NOS. After
having these items installed, I have been having problems with the oil
pressure and the car idling up and down.

The parts replaced were the fuel filter, oxygen sensor, oil pressure
light switch and the oil pressure sender..before the parts were
installed...the car ran well, the oil pressure seemed fine and the car
idled fairly smooth.

After the parts were installed..the oil pressure constantly fluctuates
almost down to zero, when the car in not in gear. If the car stays in
gear the oil pressure is fine. The car idle will also jump up and down
once the car warms up.

Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on what might be the cause.
In the past the oil pressure has never dropped this low nor has the
car idle fluctuates like this.

I'm not sure if one of the newly installed items is defective or if
once one of these parts are installed a adjustment needs to be made to
adjust for the new part.

Any help, thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated,
