[DML] Re: My high idle...



While I appreciate any and all advice to help fix my problem, the
micro switch isn't the case. I adjusted the switch and there is no
effect. Now that it is colder, my idle grows higher, around 3,000 now.
The more I drive in a higher gear while going slower, the slower the
RPMS go and eventually the problem disappears. It is probably only the
first 10-15 minutes after start-up that this problem persists. Lastly,
the car does not have to be at idle in order for the engine to decide
to rev to 2-3K rpms, it will happen while I'm just driving with slight
pressure on the gas pedal as well. Thanks again for the help, Dani B.
