I will be surprised if new TT will fix your problem - I hope it does 
for you but...... Still sounds like an accumulator to me. The 
pressure gauges really need to be used to find out for sure.

Also, the relay on the firewall that jumps 6v to 12v for starting - 
are you SURE that is working?
