Re: [DML] Catalytic converter

What's involved with "de-catting"? Is there a piece of pipe available 
to replace the cat?  Since my car doesn't need to pass an emissions 
test in MA, is it illegal to remove, especially if I ask a  shop to do 
it? I would be interested in the added fuel economy and performance.
