[DML] Re: Fuel pump Buzz/Hum and engine cutting out briefly

Kevin and others,

This problem was most likely due to very warm (or hot) fuel.

Two DeLoreans in our caravan back to the Midwest had similar
issues and the issues went away when we added some cold fuel.
Please note that both cars had recently new fuel pumps, with
one less than a year old and the other just over 2 years old.

Symptoms appeared after about 1.5 hours of mountain driving in
88 degree air temperature (really, it just happened to be 88)
and by the time we approached the "flat-lands" of the Midwest,
we also encountered rain, dropping the air temp to 73 degrees.

The last 300+ miles on flat, cooler roads were without issues.

Later,
Rich W.
