[DML] Re: DCS letter from past venue "cool note"

Before there is a lot of discussion about the next DCS we should all
be more concerned about THIS year's DCS! Future shows are directly
affected by preceding shows so to make the next one better the
upcoming one has to be GREAT! Fact is the venue HAS to be changed
around so it can be a little more convenient to the entire country.
This is not a local event, it is now our national show. It will only
be as good as WE want it to be. The more we participate and the more
people come the better it can be. I happen to be lucky this year
because it is "close" to me, the next one is on the other side of the
country! I recently spoke to Ken and he has some interesting guests
with the possibility of some really exceptional ones (which can't be
confirmed yet). I am looking forward to meeting all of you, even the
ones that don't always agree with me. Lucky for us a Delorean is
pretty good on gas. If it is in good running shape you should see 25
MPG, not too shabby. An excellant oppertunity to actually see what
your mileage is. Just remember to reset you trip odometer when you
fill up just before you start out. Keep track of you mileage and your
gallonage and calculate the MPG. Of course you won't get 25 MPG at 88
MPH, you will need to keep the speeds reasonable (legal). Weather is
not a problem either, this year's show is indoors so it won't matter
if it is hot OR rainy!
