[DML] Lambda Circuit and Frequency Valve

I know there are several posts on here about the issue, but I can't
seem to understand the issue fully. I am not sure my Lambda circuit
or frequency valve is working properly. I don't know how loud the
FV should sound. I do not hear a load buzz when the engine is
running. I do hear a loud buzz for a second or two from the engine
compartment but just after I turn the key off. Thus, I am not sure
what to listen for.

Also, perhaps my engine running symtoms will give a clue. The
engine will start right up, but if I try to gas it right after
starting, there is hesitation like only one or two cylinders want to
fire as I press the pedal. Once it warms up more, then the engine
revs fine as I press the gas pedal. Is this a symptom of a
nonfunctioning Lamba system device or FV? Is there a good step. My
idle RPM is about 1000. If I adjust the microswitch to rev lower at
idle, I get erratic operation and it wants to stall.

Thanks,

Paul
