[DML] Re: Inner Door Seal recommendations?

Ed,

Over here DMC Europe uses two different sizes outerdoor seals.
Has to do with the space between door and post.
Innerdoor seal is a soft type that is of a type that does not get hard
over time.
Best is to shop at one of the dealers to make sure you have the right
size, length and quality.

Roof seals can be done two different ways: rivets and short machine
screws. There is a nice explanation with picture on DMCTalk forum.
I selected the method with the (short) machine screws for my D. Had to
drill the holes to a larger size.
You have to take care to use the right length otherwise you may end up
with bumps on the doors (end of the screw pushing the doorpanel up).

Welmoed.
