[DML] Re: Vin 501 (WAS: remanufactured Delorean on Ebay)




Actually vin 570 had a EARLIER Build date than 502...believe it or 
not...and did any of Swann's cars have the WHITE ENGINE Cover...again 
the only cars I know that had those were my old vin 570 and 502,which 
in itself puts those two cars in the same build time...also including 
the exact same rare frames.Both had the black Leather dash,same style 
rare vin plates,even Grady(Europe) commented that they were twins in 
every way minus the turbo stuff.Not saying it was 501..but highly 
suspect.It WAS not unheard of in early and (later) production cars to 
change vin plates as needed...or in the case of some very early cars 
no production vin plates at all!
