[DML] Re: Master cylinder clutch leak fix!



You can replace the piston assembly without removing the cylinder from
the firewall. Messier that way, but if you pull the carpet back you'll
be OK. Don't know if DeLorean vendors sell just the piston assembly
alone, but both Autozone and Advance do. Ask for a *4 cylinder* AMC
Eagle, Spirit, or Concord, 1980-1985 (6 cylinders used a different
master cylinder, IIRC).

#5939 is burning an Autozone assembly spec'd for a 1981 Spirit. Works
perfectly.
