I just got a copy of the article (thank you Jay!)

Its unfortunate that the reporter seemed to focus a couple of paragraphs on
the car having stalled the first time Lauren drove it, her plea for it not
to stall during the interview (most likely it was still not warmed up yet),
and the "exploding" tire incident.  

We have all had our little incidents and quirks with our cars, but I felt
that a reader who does not know much about the car would conclude the
stereotype that Deloreans were not well made.  :(

Damn press....at least they were kind enough to note that the drug charges
were a "Sting" set up by the FBI
