Jason, Unless I'm mistaken and POR15 is or something other than rust on
steel, the valley is aluminum and doesn't rust. There is product you can buy
locally all the time in the auto stores called undercoat and it is what we
use for the valley to stop contamination and to seal the pores the aluminum.
