[DML] Exterior LEDs screwing up electrical system

I replaced my front turn signal bulbs with LEDs and weird stuff 
happened. First, the turn signals didn't work. They wouldn't flash at 
all. 

When I put the hazzard flashers on, the front LEDs I installed do 
flash, but so do all 4 side marker lights, license plate lights, and 
binnacle lights! Any idea what's going on?
