RE: [DML] Second sensor on Waterpump?

Nope, its the temp sensor that is supposed to go into the head at cyl. 1. That head has a hose barb fitting that does not appear to be threaded in. This makes me suspect that its not a delorean head?

The wire that was plugged into the waterpump sensor is an estension of the lt. green wire that plugs onto the lamba sensor. So for an unknown reason I have a modified head, or a stealthy hose barb in a standard head, and the temp sensor is now next to the tts. Since its below the thermostat I'm guessing this isn't the worst location for it.

Any thoughts?

It's probably something random with the correct thread recycled to plug
the hole, after replacing the water pump and realising after throwing
the old one away that he needed that bit.... (been there done that with
a spark plug, a long time ago!)
