 The 10 min.to me is for testing purpose. If anyone of the injectors,
cold start valve, FV or PPR O ring leak a little, the pressure naturally will go down to 0. Naturally you can go out to the car weeks later and it will start right up.

time should be.  Please don't quote me the 10 min. pressure value.  
That is such a useless specification.
