On the flip side of the coin...

It would be nice if people were more helpful & less B... I... itchy.

Other people are too quick to piss and moan about things and/or criticize others.
It makes it SEEM AS IF that is all they do. 

If NOOBS annoy you just ignore them. Someone else with more patients can answer
their questions.

Besides being impatient in the typical "gotta have it now generation" there could
be other reasons the NOOBS ask the questions they do. Here are a few off the top
of my head:
1. No knowledge that a "manual" exists.
2. May not comprehend well from text (more a visual/verbal person)
3. In a pinch, need a quick answer, don't have the time to order a manual or
handy access to one (left it at a friends house, etc.)
4. Wants to socialize with a human being rather than read it from an inanimate
object. 
5. yadda yadda, etc.
