[DML] A/C Blower Screeching

So, need to get some ideas, when I turn on the blower
for A/C-Heat, there is a high pitched screeching noise
that occurs, even in the lowest fan setting. It seems
to be coming from the area of the black airflow pipe
below the glove compartment area. When the fan is
turned off, the screeching stops. Is there a possible
fan belt in that region that could be causing it?
Any ideas?
