Many mini-storage places have car bays. Or you can rent one that's the 
right size and keep a car in it. (10 by 20 feet is about the same size 
as a one-car garage, in my experience.) The prices vary from location to 
location. (Around here in the 'burbs of New Orleans, anywhere from 
$150-$300 per month. Mine's $259.) Added benefits include climate 
control and 24-hour security.

Not sure if it counts as a garage for insurance purposes but you could 
certainly make the case!
