[DML] Milage Categories

Vin16867 is also in hibernation until next spring.  It is now in
excess of 123,000 miles and still gorgeous.  

As to the "concours" judging, I know I am in the minority, but I think
there are waaaay too many categories now.  One either has a low
mileage (perhaps trailer queen) car, one with "middle mileage" or one
with LOTS of miles.  Since all of these divisions are arbitrary at
best, why not just have those three categories.  Oh, and in addition,
when announcing the first, second and third place winners in each
category, the extremely long "awards" evening would be much shorter.  

Whee, I'm glad I got that off my chest.
