[DML] Re: IDLE up and down

Some hunting is normal at first start and is usually associated with
cool temperatures - not cold (<40F) or hot (>80F+).

Although there are many possibilities - the system has to be in good
shape and adjustment to work correctly at idle - the common causes
are; vacuum leaks (you have to really be thorough here - not
guessing - small leaks can cause it), the air screws are open or, the
throttle plates are not completely closed.
