October 19th - 21st, 2007 - Lake Mirror Classic Auto Festival 2007

Location: Lakeland, FL (Downtown bordering Lake Mirror): Centrally located between 
Orlando and Tampa

The DeLorean Club of Florida would like to announce our participation in the Lake Mirror 
Classic Auto Festival 2007, taking place October 19th - 21st in Lakeland, FL. This event 
looks to be one of the largest general car shows in all of Florida, with a turnout of over 
500 plus varying automobiles last year, filling up 11 blocks of downtown Lakeland. In 
addition to cars, there is also a motorcycle show as well as a boat show in unison. This 
event attracts more than 25,000 spectators yearly. More info can be found at

Registration is now open, so we ask that those interested head on over to http://
www.lakemirrorclassic.com and fill out the 'Mailing List' form to receive a registration 
packet by mail, or download the PDF application and print it yourself. Please register as 
soon as possible, as this is one of the largest shows in the southeast. In addition, 
registration is only $35 to those who submit their applications prior to October 1st. After 
October 1st, registration is $50. One of the great things with this event is that registration 
includes breakfast and lunch for you and a guest on the day of the show. The show is on 
Saturday October 20th, and runs from 9am to 4pm. 

For those interested in making a weekend of the event, there is a free outdoor rock 
concert on Friday October 19th featuring hot rods, custom cars, food and drinks. In 
addition, there is a ticketed ($25pp) private club for those partaking in the show that 
includes food & beverages. Saturday after the show there is a banquet with special guest, 
legendary race car driver Sir Stirling Moss. Tickets for this event are $100pp. And in 
wrapping up the weekend, there is a Sunday Rally that tours the back roads of central 
Florida. Cost is $30pp which includes brunch & prizes.
