Interesting point.  I think Dave Swingle's response to this thread said it
best that cars with a turbo are like houses with pools.  They cost a lot o
put in and have value to the person who initially wanted it, but don't
expect to see an increase in your  value later when you sell because most
people don't want that "luxury" item and will not pay a premium just because
it is included.   

I think if the Houston Stage II carried a specific long term or lifetime
warranty of some sort (Don't know, never looked it up) it may carry a slight
increase to the value, but its really a hard sale to say adding that
enhancement will instantly add several thousand dollars to the resale price.
I guess time and the buyers market will yield all the answers to that
question.

But hey....I am just a photographer and computer geek... What do I know!
