[DML] Fixed Idle but still stalling

I fixed the idle... I believe anyway. I found countless wires that
needed to be changed and or repaired in some way... this seems to have
fixed the idle. But I still have a stalling problem. When Starting the
car I still need to gun the gas pedal and hold it in just a little bit,
very little to keep the car running. If I press to much at first I get
grey smoke, Sometimes black if I gun it really fast. As soon as I let
off the car shudders and dies. Or just dies. Everything seems to be in
place. I was told I that it may be getting to much air. I had fooled
with the mixture unit and have turned to run rich and back and forth,
but dosen't make a differnce. Once in awhile the car will run on its
own and idle, but not more then maybe 30-40 sec, then slowly the idle
drops or it just idles fine and dies when it feels so. I checked the
pip running into the mixture unit and its there and all together. What
else can i check?
