[DML] Dead fuel pump? update

Thanks for all the help. Mike, I pulled one of the injectors and had a
helper crank the engine. I got no fuel coming out of the injector. So I
guess I need a new fuel pump or replace the fuel filter, even though I
replaced it in May as part of the 60,000 mile major service. When I
replaced the filter I added more teflon tape over the old and maybe
some got loose and blocked the filter or is restricting the flow a
little. I remember someone saying they don't use the teflon tape as it
caused problems with their car. What's the group's opinion on using
teflon tape for the fuel filter? Thanks everyone.
Mike
