First adjust the striker pins. Then try a full latch adjustment (as 
outlined in the manual) first. If that doesn't work you may have to 
replace the actual in-door latch mechism. We've seen some wearing 
out, especially if the door pins are out of adjusment for a while and 
the latch gets damaged.
