The motor may have stuck where the orifice turns. Spray a little liquid
wrench down in there and see if it will work loose.

After a nice drive the other day i parked my car for a few hours.  When 
i went to re start the car the idle imediatly jubs to 2,000 rpms and 
seems to like to idle there now.
