[DML] NEW Windshields from Uroglas

Hi All

As many of you are aware, over in Europe, we have been able to source 
brand new Pilkington windshields for some time through a company called 
Uroglas - http://www.uroglas.com/

Although they stated they would sell direct to the US, anyone who tried 
got little or no response.

I have been dealing with Stephen McCreedy ( stephen@xxxxxxxxxxx ) over a 
different matter for the past couple of weeks and asked about the 
situation - his response is below.

So, if you'd rather have a brand new windshield, rather than a NOS one 
that's prone to delamination, feel free to get in touch.

The US used to be a problem as we had a deal with a guy who 'bought' the right
some years ago to sell through us to the US.

As such when we got US enquiries they were passed on to him.

In the last few years he let things slip somewhat to the point that we
actually brought him back in house to deal with the US for us, as often he
didn't do anything with the business we passed on - which cost us both money
and made us look bad.

Literally this only happened a few months ago so now we deal with the states
direct.

Pushing the US is now a massive part of what we want to do so if you have
any contacts over there, send them this way.
