In the past ChicagoPaul (me) used to manage a photo/video service department. I used a 
company by the name H and R audio video. Their owner worked for Craig when the radios/
tape players were still in warranty, long long time ago. Look him up on the web 
HRAVINC.com for shipping info. If any body can fix them Rob can.
