Yes, that is the same vendor.  I'd advise everyone to
steer clear of them.  I did not mention them here
because I did not want to get them any free publicity.
 (Even bad publicity is sometimes good)

The problem with Ebay feedback is, you leave the
feedback shortly after you receive the item.  I too
left them positive feedback indicating I received the
product I ordered.  Ebay does not give me a way to go
back a few months later and indicate the item was
unreliable and destroyed my brand new battery, while
blowing out half the bulbs in the car because it was
charging at 18V.

On top of it all, I did return the alternator to them
(again) under warranty and they refuse to return it to
me or issue a refund.  I call that theft.
