[DML] More Delorean Transmission Computer Info

Hey gang,
My dad and I just finished successfully testing and repairing the
transmission computer in my 'D' and thought we'd share some stuff with
you. First thing I have for you are some pics taken along the test and
repair process. After that is a video of the test jig in operation
running the computer through the gears.

A picture of the electric motor hooked to the computer to test it's
operation:

A picture of the relays used to simulate the load of the solenoids on
the computer:

A picture of the wiring hooked to the computer while in the midst of
diagnosing the problems:

A picture of the new tantalum caps installed:

A picture of the new transistor and comparator chips installed:

A video of the test jig running the computer through all the gears after
the repairs had been made:

In the end the problem was a leaky transistor that was holding one of
the solenoids on. Also, we discovered an error in the current
schematics floating around. On the schematic the emitter of the
transistor is grounded, in the computer the collector of the transistors
are grounded and hooked together.
