Hi Dale,
     I went with a +2 setup, 16" front and 17" rear.  I think they
look better and I haven't sacrificed any ride quality.  There are
companies out there that will make hub-centric spacers for your
application.  I have a 47mm offset all around and I am very happy with
it.  I was not able to find an 8" wide wheel for the rear and went
with 7" all around.  Contact me offlist for more information.
