[DML] Idle speed motor rebuild

I rebuilt my idle speed motor today.  This may have in
fact been the issue all along.  This motor was filled
with dirt and the grease was all dried up within the
dirt it looked like dried glue.  The inital turning
resistance was very high and not uniform. (seemed to
stick a bit at full open)

The entire motor was stripped down, and cleaned.  Both
support surfaces were polished to remove the grime and
rust.  Their fittings in the caseings were re-greased.

Contacts were polished and reterminated.  Nylon screw
threads were cleaned and refitted.

Tested in the car for buzz.  Sounds healthy.  Ill
install it properly tommorrow and take a test drive.
