Mike:

I can't find item anymore..   who cancelled bids?   was it ebay or was it
the seller himself?

I am from Rio Rancho, NM    I do happen to know one guy that recently moved
here from the east coast and his car was always serviced by PJ Grady, his
car is in excellent cosmetic condition but it doesn't run since he has moved
here....   sounds like it might be the same car....
