[DML] Need Help With Door Latches

Hey guys,
   
  I need help with the removal / installation of my door latches.  I've got the upper and lower door trims panels off, but now I'm stuck.  All I know to do is stare at the rods and see where they all go with no clue how to get them out or where to begin with them.
