    Sounds a bit snobbish; doesn't it.  In Chicago  I met a lot of great 
folks who took great pride in their cars and who are not  cheap by any means.  " A 
higher standard of owner ", what does that  mean?  
    These events always come down to the "best bang for  the buck" and ,quiet 
frankly, this one was not it.
