The two year storage term is surely the root of your problems.  The 
engine is running very lean.  You may need to replace the injectors, but 
first clean the screen in the warm-up regulator.  It's in the body of 
the WUR below the larger of the two banjo connections.  Mike's 
suggestion of new fuel is also a good one.
