[DML] Re: Headlight replacement



The only person I remember running high-watt bulbs (Hella's greater 
than 55 Watts) on a regular basis was Ed Bernstein (in the old days). I 
remember he had to carry an extra fuse or two but I don't remember any 
heat problems at the fascia. Stephen Wynne may have run some big watt 
bulbs in the DeLorean he drove in One-lap America back in the early 
90's. The car I was in was always behind him (I was a lousy, as in bad 
directions, navigator) so I never got to see the brightness. I don't 
remember seeing any distortions on the fascia.
