[DML] Performance cars in 1981

Performance cars in 1981

Just to give you a idea of what HIGH performance was like back in 1981
and WHY the DMC engine WAS NOT a slug in it's day, watch this video and
see/judge for yourself what a American High performance car was like
back then,This video has a short piece on the Bricklin and the Delorean.
Take a look at what a 1981 Pontiac V8 powered Trans-Am turned for 1/4
mile times...about what a Delorean would do!! It is unfair to compaire
a 2007 performance car with a 1981-83 Delorean.If compaired with cars
of/in its day the DMC could hold its own!!

P.S.Compaire the crash test of the Bricklin (in this video)with the
DMC...That Bricklin in that crash test WAS repaired and put back into
service..frame only had minor damage..very repairable..the DMC crash
cars were impossible to repair/or to be put back into service.Just a
true fact.
