Rich,

We are having a "no more E testing" celebration.   I am thinking of 
sending IEPA my 1 foot file of all this wasted paper and  a bill for my 
time.

Glad they finally came to their "cents" es (this was wasting 10 million 
dollars per year.) x 20 years = $200,000,000.  Our schools sure could 
have used this money.

Back in the 70s, yah I'am stuck in them,   I was working for the U of 
I, and we did research for IEPA on the effectiveness of E testing in 
Illinois.   All the models showed it was a waste of time and money.

It would actually have been more effective and cost less to give 1,000 
people FREE train transportation downtown from their previous daily 
commutes.

But look at all the bureaucratic jobs and kick backs.  All those 
$100,000 dyno's. (12 facilities x 5 dyno's each = $6,000,000)  Never 
could find out who got that contract.

This will save me almost 20 hours of time each year!!!
