[DML] Remanufacturing Body Panels

Hey guys,

Is it possible for a person to take a panel and make a mold of the 
shape to make a stamp? 

I was thinking about the feasibility of making new panels and that 
seemed a good way to make new panels since T304 stainless is readily 
available instead of having a custom shop hammer and roll a new panel 
at an ungodly price.

That way a company could become a limited run provider of panels for 
cars that needs new panels, mainly left front fenders, but any panel 
or maybe even plastic panels? 

What do you think?
