[DML] Antenna in fender (was Re: e-bay Delorean items)

According to the Millennium Concours manual, VINS up
to 2711 should have the antenna in the windshield
glass, not the fender.  But having lived with the
windshield antenna for years I can verify that it gets
awful reception.  I believe that some owners and
dealers probably installed the shaft antenna in the
fender simply to improve radio performance.

This would make a DeLorean incorrect for Millennium
Concours competition, but at least you could listen to
traffic reports.
