BTTF III is a MOVIE.  It is not REAL - the impact with the train was STAGED.
You can't use that as an example of how the car would behave in an impact.

As for ERM, what you are saying is that all of the composite body race cars built since the early 80's are unsafe as they do not use any form of a steel chassis.
