Steve, I have really never had a problem taking the bolt loose, but yes it's
just a bolt that should un screw. Put your wrench on it and tap on the
wrench. That will act as an impact tool and it should come loose. If you
need to use heat, keep it minimal. There is a rubber like seal on the back
head. I have new seals if you need them.
