[DML] Re: AC pressure high



You cannot just dump refrigerent into a system. It must first be
"evacuated" or in other words the air and moisture must be removed.
The only time you can add refrigerent without vacuuming the system is
if it is well above atmospheric. Then you can guess that although it
has leaked, air has not gotten in.
