Are you bleeding the brakes correctly? You need to start at the back right wheel, then move to back left, then front right, then front left. Basically, start furthest away from the master cylinder, and work your way up while an assistant pumps the pedal.
   
  You may need to repeat the process two or three times if its really bad. I bled my brakes yesterday actually, easy peasy.
