[DML] Re: Broken Louver- I almost cried



Oh man, I feel your pain, it happend to me too.  Didn't split in half
but was totally trashed by FedEx.  What you need to find is a good
boat shop, yes boat shop, to fix it for you.  Bring all of the pieces,
they can rebuild it, and it will look better than new, and wont break
again.  Just make sure they don't play with the outside edges unless
you have the car there for fitting.  Yes your in for some custom
fiberglass work thats easy for a boat shop.  A standard auto body shop
really isn't capable of doing this kind of work.  If you can't find a
boat shop find a place that work on Vettes, and is well respected.

Or you could just buy a NOS one.  Which was my last option and I had too.

Anyone want a broken Louver?  Shipping is going to be a killer though.
