This was discussed a few years ago on the DML. As I recall, the door would  
open far enough, (if unobstructed,)  for you to crawl out. Plus your weight  on 
the door would tend to lever the car up a bit, opening the door wider. But  
few, if anyone, has ever had to find out. DMC flips are essentially  
non-existent.
